Why should you hire me?

As both a photographer and a real estate agent, I have the experience and context to know what a buyer is looking for and how to portray your home in the best possible way. I know first hand how challenging and often stressful it can be to sell a house (for both the homeowner and their agent) - my service is always professional and prompt (often, I can deliver pictures within 48 hours of when you initially contact me).

Services and Pricing

I offer only one flat-rate package, which includes my photography session and delivery of digital files. I’ve found this works best since every home is different and gone are the days of 6 photo limits on the MLS.

$150 per home 

50% off Special (limited time): only $75 per home 

  • includes photo session and at least 10 photos (usually more) of your home delivered electronically as .jpg files in two sizes (full-size for printing, smaller photos for web/email use)
  • covers homes or condos up to 3000 square feet. For larger homes, please contact me for a custom quote.
     

How it Works

  1. Contact me to arrange an appointment.
  2. I come to the home at a time convenient for you. If the home is vacant and on lockbox, you don’t even need to be there (since I’m a licensed real estate agent) although I prefer if the agent is available so that he/she can highlight key features of the home.
  3. My typical photo session lasts 1-1.5 hours.
  4. I usually take about 150-200 photos, of all of the major areas of your home (special requests welcome).
  5. I select the best photo of each major area of your home (typically 10-15 photos), and spend significant time professionally post-processing the photos using a variety of techniques.
  6. I send you large (for printing) and small (for web/email use) versions of each photo electronically using an easy-to-use file sending service. If you have any problems accessing the files, I’m happy to mail you a CD.
  7. You use your photos in your marketing efforts and hopefully sell your home quickly!
